Luv a Latte...

....so I do!  My favourite part of going into town is going for my coffee and Ok maybe a fancy piece too.

Of course I fell in love with this image from Sugar Nellie Simply Sassy range - Luv a Latte as soon as I saw it.

For this card I chose to keep it very pink and girly.  She is coloured with copic markers to match the gorgeous Bo Bunny papers.  The scallop edge and the jewellery tags are punches from Stampin' Up! as is the sentiment "friends" and the card stock.

Well I hope you have time today to sit and enjoy a latte.  Have fun, thanks for stopping by it's appreciated. x

Autumn Fall

It feels very autumnal where I am today.  A day for staying inside and keeping cosy, maybe do a little crafting!

I don't know where these little leaf stamps came from, perhaps free in a magazine.  I've embossed them in gold as I do love the autumn colours.  A bit of sponging behind with some SU colours - Pumpkin Pie, So Saffron and Daffodil Delight.

This fits into The Friday Mashup which this week is an Autumn theme and/or colours yellow and orange.

I'm also putting it into CAS-ual Fridays which is a clean and simple challenge and this week it's a mini card.  My card measures 3" by 3", so it's just tooty!

Thanks for dropping by, it's always nice to receive comments.  I really appreciate them. x

A Prince Amongst Frogs!

I love this frog digital image from Hambo Stamps.  He's super fun to colour but ooops I've spotted a mistake.  It looks like he has six legs!! Let's pretend he's a super fat frog, Lol!  I've teamed him up with some Bo Bunny papers and printed my sentiment out on the computer.  He was coloured with Copics.

It's a great image for male cards and I'm entering this into Cards for Men - anything but square. So hopefully this fits as it's a rectangular card however my main image is on a square so if it doesn't just delete my link.

Thanks for visiting my little space in blog land.  Leave a comment and I'll come visit you. x

The Snowman

Do you like my snowman?  I think he looks like the ones I make in my garden, not very neat! Lol!

I didn't put a sentiment on the front cos it's fairly obvious he's for Christmas.

I'm going to put this card into CAS-ual Fridays Challenge which this week is Black, White and Red with a Book influence.  He is of course influenced from The Snowman.

Supplies

Stamp - Gorjuss
Ink - Memento Tuxedo Black, Copics
Card - Stampin' Up!

Can I Keep Him?

Good Evening, hope you've had a great day and it's warmer with you than it is here.  We are definitely heading towards Autumn.

This card developed around the Simply Sassy image, My Friend Kitty.  She's coloured with Copics.

I decided to follow the sketch from the Friday Mashup, to put together my card.  The mash up is to follow the sketch and/or use dry embossing.

I've dry embossed the circle behind my image and used dimensionals to attach her.  The sentiment was printed using the computer.

My card is for a friend who "adopted" a wild ginger kitten which now looks like Garfields double!

I hope you've enjoyed looking at my card and I appreciate your visit. x

Is it Christmas yet?

Almost the end of August and thoughts turn to Christmas cards, well it does if you are a crafter.

On this card I've used a digital image from Hambo Stamps called Silly birds with hats (well what else would they be called!).  I've coloured them with my copics and the papers, card and ribbon are all Stampin' Up!  The sentiment was generated on my computer.

Thanks for visiting and happy crafting. x

You've passed your exams!

Hi and Welcome if you are reading my first post.  I hope that you will return often.

I'm showing a card that I made for my niece for passing her exams.  The image is High School Student, Simply Sassy.  She has been coloured with Copics then layered up using papers and card stock from Stampin' Up!

I'm entering this card into Anything Goes which is another first for me and as this week is inspired by TV/Films, I thought my student fits in with Waterloo Road one of my guilty pleasures.

I'd like to also enter my card into Stamp Something which has a challenge of back to school.

Hope you've enjoyed looking at my first card.

Thanks for visiting. x
